during practice everyday during the season wed do a set of 60 at the beginning of stretching, then a set of 50 after the stretching...those were no problem
No idea... we used to see how many we could do in one minute when I took martial arts, and also during PT when I was in ROTC. I think I usually managed 70-75 in one minute, never tried more than that.
I would guess over 100. I haven't tried in a long time, but when I sold cars, my sales manager used to make us do pushups if we did something wrong. Needless to say, I developed pretty decent stamina. I was always in trouble.
