Anyone heard of these scales that measure body fat?

I've heard of them, I just don't see how they can be
as accurate as under water methods.

Ive got a set. Not that accurate as designed for mr average. The good ones do have an athlete setting. But do act as a guide to wether you are going up or down.

Take care though if you go on a CKD they are dont work at all. As soon as your muscles start depeting it throughs the measurements right out. I went up 3% after 2 days on a CKD ... I dont think so

I have a Tanita model....... it's WAY off for BF... but the weight scale is pretty good..... but I don't have the athlete version. It says right on the box that it will not read correctly for bodybuilders.

Don't waste your money
