Where do you get your casein protein from, and how much do u get it for?

I've been lookin around for casein protein , its a little costly so i wanna find a store/company that sells it cheap... Also do you prefer a kind?

I wanna take this during the day and right before bed, i think that is the best time to take it....

40 g before bed with a gulp of flax does it for me! Everyone else should tell you the same.
