Recommended ALCAR dosage?

I just received a goodie bag w/ AF products and currently take 2x3 Levorex, 2x2 Neurogenex and 400mg of r-ala ED.

I decided to get me a bottle of 500mg ALCAR caps to add to that...

What's the recommended dosage given the above? I know the bottle says "best taken with nootropics and fatburners" or something like that... I'm taking both

Am also on TKD right now.

most people run (those on the higher end) 2-4grams per day.
some people run up to 10g per day- though IMO there is little reason to exceed 5g (that being the very high end except in special cases)

now in cases where there is already a problem (ie heart) higher doses might be necessitated... though those reccs would be case by case.

Just got mine... have only been taking two capsules at a time. I like it so far. I may have to up it!

I have been taking it for 2 weeks at 2g a day and seen no results of any kind, and have felt nothing.
