Good supplements for liver and kidney support?

Well im on a couple of things, 1-AD , impact 250 , cyclo z-mass (at night) , 2gr per lb of protien, tribulus, creatine , and chrysin. I was wondering if there is something to take to help my liver, kidney's, and overall body to stay healthy while on this, and if you guys can also name a couple products that might add to my bulking/gain cycle

1-AD is great, stack it with 4diol to avoid a big drop in libido (if you have a g/f), Zmass is good for helping sleep and zinc/mag levels, not sure what impact250 is?, drop the trib (it has no effect on serum test) its only useful as a mild herbal viagra for older men. I would drop the protein for 10lbs of some type of gainer (prolab nlarge2) which can also be used to bring the creatine to its fullest potential and makes sense to get as much cals whilst bulking. Grab a multivit if you dont have 1 already, when bulking most people are defficient in microminerals that can be detrimental.

Only way to protect kidneys is to drink alot of water, for Liver you can use; milkthistle, ALA, Liv-52 or silymarin. Although I dont think that this stack is not really going to stress your liver that much these would help.

Thanks , and ALA is Alpha Lipoic Acid right??? and impat 250 is a sublingual prohormone that is all diols, 100mg of 19 nor-AD, 60 mg 4AD , 60 mg 4AD micronized and 5AD 30 mg, total of 250, its all diols and im tkaing 1-AD dione , i dont really wanna get huge , just more defined and lean muscle look, and strength gains , im pretty big as it is.

IMPACT 250 is supposed to be injected. Its a crap product anyway. I had posted a response earlier in regards to that sh*t a** product geared towards newbies. I hate seeing people waste their hard earned money on crap.

The impact 250 was given to me by my friend , he said it worked so i decided to tkae it , its free so whatever bro
