cycling herbs 5 on 2 off

ive noticed that herbal supplements including herbal test boosters seem to work but quickly loose there effect for me. I get better results if I cycle 5 days on 2 days off. Its kinda cool to cause it makes supplements last a little longer and feel effective all the way through for me. Im doing this with hcgenerate and liking it. Anyone else do this?
