1AD/4AD stack or Super One+?

Just wondering which those that have tried both would recommend and for how long and at what dosage?

I've never done Prohormones before and I'd like to do it right the first time. I don't want any libido problems so the 4AD is a must. And I'll be grabbing some 6-OXO to make sure there isn't any problems after I'm done unless there's a recommendation for something better?

You can't go wrong either way. The 1AD/4AD is the basic PH stack that most people start with. S1+ is 1T with 4AD. Reviews are solid either way. Top accomplish a solid cycle, you'll need roughly 2 bottles of 1AD/4AD/6OXO and 2-3 bottles S1+

Thanks for the reply. I've heard oral ingestion isn't as effective as the sprays. Is there any truth to that?
