For the experienced guys out there. If you were to put together a lean mass cycle that will also help with improving endurance, I mean you want to be able to just keep going and going and want your muscles to recover quickly, what would you put together.
Im thinking:
EQ 1-12 600mgs
Test 1-14 250mgs
would anyone throw clen in towards the end of this?
What about primo?
Would this be better (Dont take into account price) asking about results.
Primo 800mg 1-10wks
Anavar wks 4-10 30 mgs/day
I am currently doing ten weeks of German volume training, the ol' 10 by 10. going to add speed days in towards the last four weeks. Ex. one week 10 by 10 then next week for chest, pushups and pull ups completing reps as fast as possible to failure.
