Test Prop/Anavar PCT help,

Hi guys, this is my first cycle, a little background info, ive been training for 8+ years properly,
my stats are :
Height= 173cm
Weight= 72kilos
BF%= 6-7%
Age= 26
My current cycle is as follows (currently on day 18 of a 45 day 6 week cycle)
100mg Test prop EoD, 40mg of Anavar (oxandrolone) ED
Running 25mg/day of proviron as well.

Diet plan is as follows

Meal 1 – Breakfast
4 slices of bread (296kcal)(11.6g protein)
5 egg white (80kcal)(20g protein)
20g Almonds (115kcal)(4.2g protein) 4x amino Acids
1x 1000mg Vitamin C
Multivitamin
Omega 3,6,9
Neurobion b1,b6,b12
Milk Thistle
Anavar
Proviron

Meal 2
100g Oats (356k)(11g protein)
140g Chicken Breast (230kcal)(43g protein) 4x Amino Acids
Post workout meal 3
Snickers (500kcal)(5g protein)
30g glucose (112kcal)
1 scoop of whey (120kcal)(24g protein)
1 hour after workout
100g Oats (356k)(11g protein)
2 tbs Peanut butter (190kcal)(7g protein)

Meal 4
100g Oats (356k)(11g protein)
140g Chicken Breast (230kcal)(43g protein)
20g Almonds (115kcal)(4.2g protein) 4x Amino Acids
Post workout 2 meal 5
30g glucose (112kcal)
1 scoop of whey (120kcal)(24g of protein)
2x Bananas (180kcal)

Meal 6
100g Oats (356kcal)(11g protein)
2 tbsp peanut Butter (190kcal)(7g Protein)
scoop of whey (120kcal)(24g protein)
20g Almonds (115kcal)(4.2g protein)
4x Amino Acids
Anavar

Before Bed
Milk Thistle
Hawthorn

Total Protein consumption/Day = 265.2 Grams
Calories from carbohydrates/Day = 2624 kcal (68%)
Calories from Proteins and Fat/Day = 1210 kcal (32%)
Total Calories/Day = 3834 (100%)
*Liv52 consumed twice daily at breakfast and meal 6

Now the problem im facing is my PCT, before i started i thought i had it all figured out, very silly of me not to be sure i know. As it stands my SERM therapy will comence after my HCG and will consist of a 40/40/20/20 of Nolvadex (tamoxifen).
The HCG bit is the part im unsure of. I can get my hands on pregnyl easily, but i have heared of so many different ways of starting and doing HCG therapy its unreal. Some have said to start it in the last two weeks at 500UI twice a week, some have said wait 3 days after last admin. of prop and run 500IU ED for 10 days prior to SERM therapy. Im realy not sure what to do, its not black and white and i just cant decide, ive done countless hours of research and i feel like ive hit a dead end.

If anyone could advise me on my HCG and or SERM that would be much apreciated! ontop of that any adjustments to diet or the cycle itself would be great.

Tbh dude 6 week is nothing I wouldn't even use hcg for that serious if you want tho just do last 2 week and nolva will work Clomid would have been better tho but it will still do the trick .
And nolva is ok run like 20/20/20/20 don't fall into this 40/40/40/20 bullshit 20 a day is all you need

The best PCT is the one that doesn't require too extensive a treatment. After all, PCT will only do so much.

While on -- use HCGenerate, Formastanazol and N2GUARD.

Once off, right after the last shot, use UNLEASHED and Protein Factory POST-CYCLE. (YOu may not even need HCG at this point).

Stay on that for 2 months , then go on BRIDGE until the next cycle.

Simple. Done. Works.

nop zero sides, like litteraly zero, got some bloodwork done though and my HDL is very low so gota get that up
 
Start hcg(real hcg) asap at 250iu - 2x /week (if u fel u need it). Run it up to your pct. Also run proviron up to your pct (Only a couple days before pct start but run it up to pct start). Run your serm based pct. (id pick up some clomid from chemical need and run it with nolva @50mg/day and run nolva at 20mg/day EXCEPT week 1 run it at 40 week one)

your anavar dose and proviron dose are both too low... get up to 60 mg of anavar and 75 mg of proviron... you should be running n2guard alongside of anavar and i would definitely look into lipid stabil as well... your pct is a mess...

in terms of my pct, i dont have much availbel where i live, i have nolvadex and clomid and pregnyl(HCG) , may i ask why you say clomid over nolva when they are very similar compounds and from my understanding nolvadex has shown less side effects? also it was previously mentioned that i should start 250ui 2xweek asap? would this be beneficial, as well as this run it after before SERM?, if so for how long?

Start HCG now. 590 iu/s a week split into two dosages until your cycle ends. I ran prop var tren for 12 weeks and started HCG at week 2. Currently on my last week of pct and it's gone soo smooth I love it. Already feel 100% recovered never had a pct go this well before. For my pct I did - low dose of clomid 25/12.5/12.5/12.5 and used forged post cycle and super test by beast nutrition.
