Step By Step Guide For Homebrewing

Alright guys I decided to make this guide so that people would literally have no questions on homebrewing.

In this guide I will be brewing Testosterone Enanthate. I made 10 bottles each dosed at 250mg/ml. Alright lets get started the pictures will do alot of the talking.

Supplies:
Scale (Get one that is sensitive enough to the gram)
Vaccum pump(Brake Bleeder)
250ml Nalgene/Millipore Filter(I like Millipore better but did use a Nalgene. You can use a whatman but that takes to long for me)
25grams of Testosterone Enanthate powder
18ml of Benzyl Benzoate (BB) (USP)
2ml of Benzyl Alcohol (BA) (USP)
61.25ml of Grapeseed oil
3ml syringe with 18-21 gauge needle
20ml syringe with 18-21 gauge needle
Small piece of paper
500ml beaker
100ml beaker
10 10ml vials
10 rubber stoppers
10 flip caps
Crimper

This is way more than 25grams but i'll show how to measure out. Sounds simple but its kinda tricky.

All right lets begin

First you weigh out your powder. Now you have to do this very carefully. get your small piece of paper and place it on the scale then press tare to set it to zero so it doesnt weigh the paper. Then slowly add your powder. Now here is the tricky part the powder weighs so little that the scale needs to be reset every time you add some. All you have to do is add some then press on the scale with your finger and let the number fall back down. Once you get 25 grams your good to go.

Then dump it into your beaker.

Add 2ml of Benzyl Alcohol (BA) (USP)

Then add 18ml of Benzyl Benzoate BB) (USP)

Next step is sort of optional but its makes things easier. Get a pot with a bout an inch of water in it and place it on the stove and set the eye to 3.

Put the beaker in it.

Watch the powder dissolve and the mixture get pretty close to clear.

Next add you grapseed oil and let it all warm up for a bit to make filtering a little bit faster. This is a pic right after I added the oil. In put it back on the eye for a minute and mixed it.

Then get your filter which comes with a cap for the bottom collection part.

Next pour the oil in and attach the vacuum pump and set it between 300-400. THIS IS THE SAFETY ZONE. DONT PUSH YOUR LUCK THE BOTTOM PLASTIC CONTAINER WILL CRACK.

Filtering (The flash on the camera makes the oil look kinda hazy)

Done the whole filtering process takes about 30 minutes but all you have to do is pump and walk away.

Next you measure out 10ml in each vial

I put the rubber stopper and flip tops on them but didnt crimp them yet.
Then you crimp.

And now your done. You have now made 100ml of Test E and put in 10 10ml vials. If you have questions pm me.

How many pumps to be safe, I am not in a hurry? or should I go to hardware store and fit on a gage? I am planning on starting with test. Than hopefully primo and eq.

I want to say like 4-5 pumps but you should get one with a gauge just to be safe.

but some things could be changed for someone doing a smaller volume like.

using a .22 syringe filter and filter straight into a sealed sterile vial, you dont need the flip top for personal use. but what i like to do is get preseled vials, fill with oil, cut the aluminim crimp of with scissors and place a new seal. this ensures factory sterile vials.

also crimping can be done with a spoon if someone doesn't want to invest in a crimper.

I am interested to cook a bit Primobolan enanthate.
I've been checking your thread for testo ENANTHATE 250ml/ml, very well described and clearly
But now my question.
I would like to cook Primobolan enanthate, would end up on or more of 200mg/ml
I would like to have about 50 ml of primo
you can count on me how much of the powder Primobolan do I need
Benzyl Benzoate (how much of this)
Benzyl Alcohol (how much of this)
Grapeseed oil (how much of this)
Is that ok with sessam oil

then it would eh same procedure as you have described in your thread?

You might be able to go a bit higher if you use ethyl oleate.

The reason primabolan cant hold at high concentrations is because it has a very high molecular weight

He can go 200 if he use bb. eo isnt necessary but a good option.

Syringe filters are just as good as bottle top filters if not better especially if you are filtering straight into a pre-sealed vial as the sterile oil never comes in contact with open air as it would with a bottle top filter. Syringe filters do suck if you have a large batch though.

The soreness is probably do to a a bad shot, just shoot another sites and see if its less painfull.

Its also not a very good idea telling people to PM you so that you can send them extra juice.

Its very sensitive to heat thats all.

Do you use a laminar flow hood to fill the 10ml vials, or do you just fill them, add the rubber stopper and crimp?

Is better to use presterilized/sealed vials, or to sterilize them yourself? How would you go about sterilizing a bunch of vials? They are cheaper unsterilized.

Cant reuse them because they come sterile and you would be cross contaminating. They come like that with the filter paper already in it. You can by a set up that you have to swap out papers but its expensive since you can only buy papers in bulk.

I use a rubber stopper and draw out of the filtered bathed and inject into a sterile vial with a rubber stopper in it, then crimp it closed.

Can you get the already sealed vials, and just inject yourfiltered steroids directly into the vial? So you dont have to crimp anything?

If you are using a syringe filter and a sterile vial then yes you can just filter in.

When using millipore I filter into my glass media bottle and I have a large rubber stopper I put on it right after I finish filtering and then I draw from it to keep things sterile and fill my vials. You can always just pour it in but I just do it this way.

No you wont get any bacteria if you pour in Any germs that might happen to get in during pouring would be killed by the ba in the solution.

You have to buy a stopper big enough for the top of the millpore bottle. They are 33mm Caps with Attached Silicone Septas.

Tops done need to me but the stoppers and vials do. For me I bathe the stoppers in alcohol and the vials I just bathe in alcohol and bake in the oven until dry. You can use an autoclave but its not really needed.

Hey guys, know this is a older thread but I'm gonna try my 1st home batch and the question I have is can the plastic container on the bottom of the filter unit be replaced with a glass vile to prevent possibility of cracking? Is that overkill or has others done that & what size top would it have to be? Thanks for any replies!!

As far as I know you need to use the plastic one that comes with the unit, and yes they can crack. If it does crack it will not leak,but you will lose pressure and need to change it.

If you are just starting out, why not mix small amounts and use Whatman syringe filters? They are easy to use and inexpensive, plus making small batches would let you experiment with mg/ml concentration and different percentages of BA and BB. Note: 20% BB is SO unnecessary.

Just a suggestion.

Hey thanks for the reply mh, think I covered this in pm but I am now leaning toward whatman filters, although I did find the glass receiver that will screw onto the bottom of these units therefore eliminating the cracking plastic issue.

It's not about dissolving, you have to really brew it together. Some of the BA needs to evaporate too so that it doesn't sting.

Should I leave in the water bath until water starts to evaporate, turn off the fire and will enough?

Mix the powder + BA / BB first. Or all together at once.

If you have 25g of testosterone and want to make your gear 250mg/mL you can make 100mL of gear, or 10 10mL vials.

A 10mL vial of 250mg/mL test concentration contains 2.5mg of test.

I have made Testosterone Cypionate 250mg/ml from 10 gr powder/ 30.5ml GSO / 3% BA / 15% BB and cooked with a phama grade hot plate and magnetic stirrer to a temp of 212 degrees for 30 minutes to liquid. Then filtered and capped. However: All my vials crashed by the next day. I can regain them with hot water, but I don’t want to heat every time I need to pin. I was told I could add Ethyl Oleate (EO) to avoid my cook from crashing. Just reaching out to you since you posted a great guide. Any ideas “welcomed” Thanx-Jim

I was told I could add Ethyl Oleate (EO) in addition with the recipe to avoid my cook from crashing in the future. Just reaching out to you since you posted a great guide. you cant make primabolan enenthate at 200-250mg/ml.
The highest you would be able to go in grape seed oil with 20%BB and 3%BA would be 100mg/ml.
You might be able to go a bit higher if you use ethyl oleate.

The reason primabolan cant hold at high concentrations is because it has a very high molecular weight

What does the percentage represent after the ba and bb? When i Search online none of it has a percentage listed on it? Or is it 20% of the carrier oils amount? Im confused

@bobbyswoll2023 usually 3 to 20 or 22 but that depends, why do you want to homebrew? and what cycle you on? you're not telling us nothing bout yourself bro
