I'm running a cycle of ostarine and cardarine in this way :

1-8 week ostarine 20mg day

4-8 week cardarine 20mg day


do I need pct? any advice is welcome

Cardarine is non-hormonal but ostarine is slightly suppressive of natural testosterone production so you will want to run a good natural testosterone booster like hcgenerate ES from needtobuildmuscle.com after your SARMS cycle as a 4 week mini PCT.

I read somewhere to insert cardarine in the ptc and then run this way :

1-8 week ostarine

ptc

1-4 cardarine
1-4 clomid 50/50/25/25

do you think this way would be better than I would like to do?

Run the Cardarine and Ostarine together as your cycle. It will be more effective that way. You can certainly run Cardarine throughout PCT since it is not suppressive but I would still include it in your actual cycle. I would also rather see you run it 12 weeks to get the most out of it. For PCT just a bottle of HCGenerate ES will be fine.

all speak well of this hcgenerate, then now I buy it and use it in my ptc ..

someone had recommended me Bulbine Natalensis that I bought, what do I do with bulbine can I use it together with hcgenerate ?

could I use only bulbine like ptc ?
