Injecting B-12 into a vein?

I know you hear talk about injecting AS into a vein and how it can cause problems, but what about B-12? It is a vitamin.. so for some reason if you do shoot in a vein, will it cause any problems or is just a waste of a shot?

I'm just wondering.
