Obviously with a high level of testosterone, you will have a lot more estradiol as well, but this is not necessarily bad if the ratio between them is within "normal range".
For this reason, blood tests are imperative... pre, during and post cycle... How can you manipulate anything if you don't know what is really happening with your body?
Very low estrogen is just as bad as having low testosterone or any other hormonal imbalance.
