High IGF-1 levels and GH

I have a question some of you here may be able to address.
First off, I am no expert on injecting growth hormone nor the exact mechanisims on how it works within the body. That being said, I see that one major result of injecting GH is an elevated IGF-1 level. Some of the clinical applications of GH appeal greatly to me but I'm not so sure it will work for me because of how high my IGF-1 level is.

My question is: does GH influence fat loss/muscle gain primarily by elevating IGF-1 levels or is that simply one of the factors?

I'm not 100% sure that someone like myself would benefit from GH injections if the primary result will be an elevated IGF-1 Level.

My IGF-1 level are 325 with a range of 95.0-275.

Thoughts?
Thanks.

The answer I received is that HGH mainly influences your IGF-1 level indirectly. HGH promotes the stimulation of IGF-1's, which then in turn promote fat loss and muscle growth directly. However, one issue is that not all IGF-1's are productive in the body.

A more advanced approach is to target specific IGF-1's

What methods are used for this?
