Help with creating a cycle.

I have been off winny for three weeks now because I was not feeling well. I went to the doctor got all of my blood work done and was 100%. I still have a shit load of winny tabs(yellow 50mg ones), some deca what else do you bros think I should add in. Should I even do the winny again or maybe get some anavar? I lost a shit load of weight and look pretty ripped so I would not mind maintaing this vascularity, but would also like to gain some weight back. For some reason I get really big while on winny. Could I do winny, deca and var together? Should I add in some fina, or maybe get some test? I am sure you bros will help me make this decesion.
