cycle opinions

hey guys, need some help.
here is a list, someone help me put it into a cycle.
i'm 5'10" 180 w/12% bf this will be my 4th cycle.
400 halo 2.5mg
1 10ml deca300
20 amps omna 250
24 amps 50mg winny
enough fina, clomid, nolvadex,clen, and t3 for whatever.

give me some opinions on how to put it together.

Well I dont know what halo is but I would run

500mgs of omna for 10 weeks
300mgs of deca
I would then run the winny eod starting somewheres around week 4
I would run the fina throughout
then 3 weeks post cycle take your clomid
only take your novladex when you start feeling that you need it and then take it for the rest of your cycle
RUn the clen post cycle as well it will reduce anti catabolism
