your tollerance may be different; some people get very bad sides at lower than 140; I also break up into 2 doses for more than 100mcg (morning and noon), keeps the jitters/bp from being as bad and keeps the metabolism boost going longer for me.
once you know how you do, you can also ramp up faster next time
 
Once you know your tolerance no need to ramp up or down with clen... It's a waste of time.

I've gone safely to 150mcg/day... 100mcg in the AM. 50mcg in the afternoon.

I get skitzed out about clen though, it can be pretty bad on the cardiovascular system.
