Carb Cycling vs. Low Carb while taking Test E?

Which do you guys prefer for cutting when on a Test E Cycle??

Lets say 500mg Test E , Low Carb Dieting, Refeed once a week!
 
My stats:

6'2
22
210lbs
18% BF
Lifting for 6 years
Have 3 cycles of Test under my belt.

Looking to hit <10%
 
Yea I would start off carb cycling like Rick said.

And hold off as long as u can before u drop all the way to a full low carb week.

Look at it this way..... If u start off low carb and then u stall, where do u go from there? No carb? And we all know how much low carb diets suck for long periods of time
 
ill vouch for that, low carb days suck.

I plan on lifting 4 days a week and doing cardio 2 days a week. and one off day

When you have a low carb day do you keep the calories the same? and just add more fat?
