How does one go about getting rid of bloat? I am getting it really bad on my face. I am just taking a test only cycle with an AI.

get bloodwork to see how high your estrogen is because thats the likely culprit and you will need to bump your ai dose and/or lower your test dose... dont be overdoing it on sodium and keep your diet consistent as well
