If it were me, I wouldn't even use nolva for anavar. Var will suppress you, but it's easier to come back from compared to other more suppressive or "shutdown" orals. OTC's like sustain alpha and unleashed would work great - nolva will only continue to affect your liver and especially cholesterol levels negatively. For an oral, var is probably one of the "safest", but it's one of the worst on cholesterol levels, and it will effect the liver, too. I'd want to get back on easier compounds as quickly as possible after anavar.
