Just a few questions to get everything understood. First off all i am 19 totally natural and about 11 - 12% bf. i can see some of my upper abs now, but i want a cut sixpack. My diet is good and i am consistantly losing fat. So should i be training abs almost everyday? If i am sore should i still do crunches? i am willing to put in the work, i just want the best abworkout. Any tips?
