Hey there, i am posting my log here as i was advised.

Age:26, Height: 5'5 or 1.65cm, Weight: 68kg or 149lbs, BF: 15% i have been training naturally for 9 years. This is my 1st cycle. The purpose of this cycle is to increase muscle mass and to bulk up, not interested in cutting. I'm working out 5 days a week.

I'm currently finishing week 3, started the cycle on 06.19.2023, i was 69kg/152lbs 2 months ago around 15-16% BF, cut down a little before starting the cycle. Started the cycle at 67kg/147lbs, and 15% BF, i'm currently using Testosterone Mix 250mg (100mg Fenilpropionate, 100mg Isocaproate, 50mg Propionate) i was wrongly injecting it weekly, for the first 2 weeks of the cycle, i am now using it on monday and thursday. Also using Deca 200mg weekly on thursday. I started taking 25mg Proviron and 10mg Tamoxifen daily since Week 2, Gyno is so far all controlled and not much water retention for now, libido is great with Proviron. I am not currently taking an AI specifically, i will get some Aromasin, ¿What dosage should i use? ex: 12,5mg e/d? Next week i'll start using N2guard.

I was firstly planning to run Test 250mg and Deca 200mg for 8 Weeks, and Winstrol 50mg/eod starting on Week 7 until Week 10. Using 25mg Proviron and 10mg Tamoxifen daily until Week 10. I'm aware that Test mix was not the best choice but unfortunately i could not get a good Test E before, i tried to get Test E straight out of the pharmacy but it was out of stock on all the parmacies i asked for it, i will probably receive it next week and it will be Test E 250mg from Bayer (Testoviron). What would you think about extending the cycle lenght and starting to use 250mg Test E for 6 weeks, with Deca, cut both on Week 10 and add Winstrol 50mg/eod starting on Week 9 until Week 12. I also found out that the Test mix i'm using has not showed very good results to some other people that has used it, i should had done that research before but it is a lesson learned now.

PCT: HCG 1000ui/e3d on Week 11 and 12, Tamoxifen 30mg on Week 13 and 14, lower to 20mg on Week 15. Clomiphene 75mg Week 13, and then 50mg on Week 14 and 15.

Workout:

I am currently working out 5 days a week. I usually work out 1 hour and 40 minutes, maximum 2 hours. I work out late night starting at 9 pm until maximum 11 pm. I go to bed at 12:30, try to sleep at least 7 to 8 hours and get up at 8 am or 8:30 am.

Monday: Chest/Back - Tuesday: Legs (focusing on Quads) - Wednesday: Shoulders/Traps and 15 minutes of Treadmill cardio. - Thursday is rest day - Friday: Biceps/Triceps/Forearms, and 20 minutes of Abs workout. - Saturday: Legs (focusing on Harmstrings muscles) and Calves.

Diet:

8:30 am 1st Meal (Breakfast): 4 whole eggs, 100g of Oats, 300ml Skim milk, 24g Whey Protein, 150g banana, 10ml Olive oil (i mix all of this and make pancakes to eat it faster)

11:00 am 2nd Meal: 30g of blueberries, 150g greek yogurt, 15g almonds.

1:30 pm 3rd Meal (Lunch): 150g chicken breast 4 days a week, 150g beef steak 3 times a week, 300g of potatoes, 30g broccoli.

4:30 pm 4th meal: 100g Tuna 3 times a week, and 100g of chicken breast or 100g of tilapia fillet (4 times a week) with 4 slices of whole wheat bread.

8:00 pm 5th meal (pre-workout): 150g chicken breast, 250g of parboiled rice, 70g avocado.

Macros: 246g Protein, 326g Carbs, 106g fat (Total 3240 Kcal)

For supplements i take, Omega 3 fish oil 3400mg daily, multi vitamins and whey protein.

@Player7 good start to the log I was looking forward to this

on the diet front you need more protein, bump up to 300grams if you want to grow, positive nitrogen balance is a must

on the training front, we need to see more training info like weights sets reps and exercises that you do, you can update us ever few days, crucial to see if you're growing. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
