Cutting and bulking

So backstory, I had a baby over a year ago I lost my baby weight or most of it then I started bulking I’ve been bulking for about 3 months I’ve gained about 8 pounds but I am starting to feel a bit flabby and getting self conscious. When is a good tell tell sign to start cutting. Or how long should a bulk be? I’ve worked out for years but never actually bulked/cut I just worked out and ate whatever I wanted.

Also, i’m all natural the only supplement I take is creatine
@Xolacee welcome to the EF family! you are in the right palce to cut.

Here is the issue, you know if we tell you to bulk or cut that will be all guessing? like a bad guess too because we dont know you at all.
if you want us to help you bulk or cut, you need to start by sharing your log journal with us.
In a NEW thread, please share your Log Journal diary where you put up your diet training and lifestyle info so we can guide you into the proper next steps.

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

definitely a log would be important at gauging your progress
we need to see pictures of what you look like before and current
 
definitely post some pictures for us so we can get a sense of what you're looking for
it sounds like you could be ready to do a cut
 
I say cut back down and get into better shape
it's the healthy way to do it
