Adderllin/Forged Burner log

The pancakes were pretty good.
Not too hard to make either. Try them out..
 
After eating those pancakes 4 days in a row, I'm now eating 1 omega-3 egg & 2 pieces of turkey bacon.
Lunch I had a bologna & american cheese (low fat, low sodium) wrap (low carb wrap)
and for dinner I had turkey burgers.

I am going to be alternating between adderllin & clen.
Christmas is in a couple of days so it will be hard to eat strictly, I'll try my best though!

Had a great workout today!
Worked back with 30 min of cardio.

Can't wait for Christmas Eve tomorrow!

Holy shit it is SO hard to eat right during/after Christmas!

Today was the first day I have eaten well!

We decided today to go last minute to Playa Del Carmen in Mexico for a music festival! (BPM Festival)
In serious shred mode because I need to get in shape in 6 days! (We are leaving Jan 3rd)

At the gym I worked arms. I felt good today each set got easier and easier.

Been dieting hard the last few days.
Got my weight down to 118.

Waking up at 3am to go to Playa!
 
I've been back from Mexico for a few days but I've been really sick. Today is the first day that I feel 100%
I haven't been eating much because I physically and mentally couldn't bring myself to do it, but today I'm ready to get back into the diet.

I weigh 114.4 lbs
I look really good but I need to put on a little muscle.

I want to try to maintain this weight until Miami in March.

I am going to start to do things a little differently.

I lost a couple of pounds because I have been sick and now I just feel skinny.
I am 113 lbs

I am going to up my protein intake so I can gain lean mass.

For the first time in my life I'm going to be running my version of a "lean bulk"

Today was the first day back in the gym and I worked legs.
Keeping the cardio to 15 min instead of my usual 30, but today I just did a 5 min warmup then went into legs.

I am still going to take Adderllin but not as much because the thermogenic effect is so powerful and I don't want to get any skinnier!

Supps: Multis, fish oil, evening primrose
No stims today

Started the day with 2 eggs and 2 pieces of bacon and half a cup of grapefruit juice

For lunch, a tuna melt on a low carb wrap

Pre-workout, a protein shake (4g carbs, 0g sugar)

Dinner, spinach & steak

I worked chest today and did more weight than I usually do. I started feeling sore at the gym! My legs are so sore from yesterday but that means I'm working hard!
