Ok here is my grocery list so far.

The list is for 10 days or so. I need ideas to what else i should get! As u guyz know i am new with this.

-Oatmeal crisp (breakfast cereal)

-Oatmeal ( Anyone know what type?)

-2 dozen eggs

-Milk

-Sugar

-Teabags

-Pepsi (lol, can't live without it)

-Turkey (those cut sandwich thingies)

-Tamatoes

-?

I leave the whole meat section to u guys. I am planning on buyin a lot of meat and fish, and i will look up the yummy thread or something to find out how to cook em. God i am running out of ideas. Any help is appreciated. Thank-you.

ps. don't worry about toothpaste etc, i am concentrating just on food.
 
Drop the pepsi,and the sandwich slices,add Tuna,and skinless chicken breast,you also wouldn't hurt by adding bananas and potatoes,lots of steak.Stay away from proscessed meats and pop,try orange juice.Keep it clean,and you'll gain quality mass.
 
yes bananas and apples. Tuna i am getting that, and orange juice, i allready have patatoes. I hate to drop the pepsi. i need more meat ideas.
 
Fresh/frozen vegetables!!

Beans
Canned tuna
Chicken
Salmon in the pouch (if you like it)
Splenda
Spice mixtures (lemon pepper, garlic blends, Mrs Dash, etc)
Brown Rice

Drop the processed lunch meat and regular soda. Try to find Diet Rite soda -- it has 0 cals & is made with Splenda instead of aspertame. Drop the sugar.

don't turn your nose up at pork

vitamins
yoghurt
protien powder
sprouts
spices
herbs
curry powder
thai curry pastes
green tea
ice tea
crystal light
miso
seafood (shrimp, salmon, sword, etc)
chocolate (diabetic ;) )
since you are bulking you can indulge abit but do so in moderation
anything else?
did i forget something?
