If you know how cycling works you split the money evenly with not just team mates but mechanics, soigneurs, etc. He already had a contract with Motorola at the time in addition to being paid by the Feds (U.S. National team). Come to think of it that's why I was there to begin with. I was handing water bottles & feed bags to the Feds as they rode by. Mark Gorski loaned me his team jacket so the racers would recognize me. I had to give it back to him.Id be the nicest fucker you've ever met in your life if I won 10k right before you saw me....
