As the title states- I was all the way up in this bitch back in 12-13.
Had a kid- decided forums were gay. Anyway I got a fuckin email from spellwin and now I'm back.
Bigger, badder, and miss all the homies who used to be cool af.

Anyway this is cycle number umpteen hundred.

Pretty basic

Test e gram a week
Tren e 500mg a week
(Please nobody pitch hcgenerate or any sponsored supps to me lol )
Prolactin is in check(caber)
Sex drive is high- no issue there.
I'll drop tren at 11 weeks and continue to run test anyway.

Currently eating 600 cals below my baseline.

Recomp was for 2 weeks at maintenance pre the current macros.
While on test only.

Macros are as follows
260/260/60

Stats are as follows

223 AM Weight.

Arms - 19.3 cold
Legs 27" cold
Forearms 16-17"
Calves 17"
Circumference around lats-chest 50.3"

Basically been cruising for a long ass minute did a total overhaul pct for 6 weeks stayed off an additional four.

This is my 3rd week with tren e in the equation I'll post some current pics. No back

Basically going to do the impossible. Get shredded- get bigger- lift heavy shit- sustain superhuman status and continue to be a swolegod.

Also training split is as follows

Chest and tri
Back and bi
Legs
Shoulders
And I take a day off based on how I feel.
So usually get through the full cycle plus a few days and take a day off before second rotation of legs or shoulders usually.

I always hit my rear delts high volume- reason being they get hit almost every time I do back and they are quite developed as well as traps.

This is the fourth ad final day of my training cycle- so I restart tmo.. And keep going until I needs me some restasis.

Re asses my diet tmo as my weight has been stagnant for the past 3 days.

It looks like I'm probably about 210-215 am empty stomach.
Considerably well considering I was 223 before recomp.

Meaning I'll drop protein and carbs to 250g each and keep fats at 23% with 60g.

Just do skwats and deadlifts... The possibilities...

This place used to be unreal man- there weren't a ton of us monkeys in the gym like now, it was just so tight knit. Not sure where any of the boys are now, so I'm hoping I mesh well with the new blood just as well!

Literally 210 on the nose this am.

Macros/Cals adjusted for such weight.

250/250/60

Purpose of this slower longer cut is to hopefully be able to eat into/grow into the show in October.
And maintain as much mass as possible.
