KRE-ALKALINE- When to take?

A friend of mine gave me a bottle of kre-alkaline to take since I am trying to put on muscle. However, I take hydroxycut right now and was wondering if taking both of them would be counterproductive since kre increases water and hydroxy cuts it.

Also, I have been told to take it everyday before and after my workouts.... what do u guys thinK?

Yes you can take them togher kre-alkaline is not like a typical monohydrate creatine it is extremely unlikely you will hold water on it.

I've used Kre-Alkalyn & had no problems with water retention.
