I'm glad I have you girls to vent to. Makes me feel so much better. :heart: And I'm really starting to look forward to possibly going to Treilin's comp in July (?). I've already warned people at work I may have to take off then. That gives me a goal to shoot for to get my butt back into shape!!
This kinda makes me giggle ^^ everyone diets down to look good to meet each other, take some pics, then let the debauchery begin as it WILL be a cheat weekend :)

I had this idea in my head that a bunch of us met up & decided to hit the gym in the morning for some HIIT. The gym didn't know what hit 'em when you have a line of 10 girls on the Treadmills all doing some HIIT ...

I know I'm a :nerd: ...

I thought the same thing Bunns about us all doing HIIT in the morning. Gawd, I CANNOT wait to get my treadmill back and be up at 4 doing sprints again!! Talk about being a nerd... :cyclops:

Meal 1: 6:20 am

2 sesapure, 2 T-Rex
1/2 c egg beaters
1/2 c oatmeal w/ 1 scoop whey, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice and splenda
1 liter water

Meal 2: 9:30 am


2 brown rice cakes
2 T natty PB
2 c coffee

11:15 am: 1 Glucorell-R

Meal 3: 11:30 am

2 sesapure, 2 T-Rex
6" tky breast on whole wheat from subway
peppers, cucumbers, lettuce, black olives, oil and vinegar
1 liter water

5:15 pm: 2 Glucorell-R

Meal 4: 5:30 pm

2 sesapure
4 oz grilled salmon
1/2 c rice
roasted peppers and onions
1 liter water

Workout: Back and Abs
Underhand Pull-ups: 1 of 7
Wide-grip PD: 4 of 8@70 (6 sec TUT)
Seated Row: 1 of 8@60, 2 of 8@70 (6 sec TUT)
DB Reverse Pec-Dec: 3 of 8@10 (6 sec TUT)
**(couldn't find the machine to do the real ones until after I was done :rolleyes: )
Hypers: 1 of 8, 3 of 8@10
Bicycles w/ upper body motion superset with Lying Scissors: 5 sets for 30 sec each

30 min on stair-stepper

Totals and macros weren't horribly great today, but at this point I'm happy they're that close. :) Think my weight is up around 140 or so, so cals may be somewhat in the ballpark.
 
Didn't write down anything for Friday, except workout. Very busy at work, so moving on... ;)

Saturday, Feb 4th

8:15 am: HIIT Cardio :dance2:
5-min warmup, 30 sec sprints @ 8MPH, 1 min rec. jog @ 5MPH, 5-min cooldown
17 oz water

8:45 am: 1 Glucorell

Meal 1: 9:10 am

2 sesapure
2 T-Rex
multivitamin
potassium supp
5 egg whites
1/2 c oatmeal sweetened w/ sweet n low
1 liter water

**Went to a local diner to get "real" egg whites. Why they have to make them in butter, then add buttered toast and hash browns is beyond me! :evil: I dabbed up what I could off the eggs and threw the toast and hash browns on the other side of the table...

Meal 2: 11:30 am

Zone Bar (out on the road)
1 liter water

3:15 pm: 1 Glucorell-R

Meal 3: 3:30 pm

2 sesapure
2 T-Rex
salad w/ 2 T honey mustard dressing and cheese
8 grilled shrimp
plain baked sweet potato
roasted veggies: zucchini, onions and red peppers
1 liter water

Back to the gym for bi's, tri's and abs before they close. And to give my calves a good blasting, even though they still hurt from 3 days ago.
