Ditto on all the above. I'm not much of a poster but I do read the boards alot. I have found it reassuring to know there is at least one other mom out there who has a kid who loves protein shakes like my kids do. And, I have learned way more from spatts than from the staff at my gym. The powerlifing info has helped me push my limits every workout. Thanks and keep it up!
Anyone who is educated and get get women to stop doinn those foo-foo routines and exercises in the gym (If I see one more person doing calf raises with 20 or 30 lbs and doing little bouncy reps, I'm going to go postal) has to have something going on.
