Do a set of cg benches then with no rest do a set of pushdowns = tricep superset..or you can use and variation you like

bignate73 New member May 23, 2004 #6 skulls to curls would be more correct for a "superset". opposing muscle groups make up supersets. a compound set would be any 2 TRICEP movements.

chordz New member May 24, 2004 #9 Triceps respond well to high reps high burn. Go heavy once in awhile. I will super set reverse grip pushdowns with v-bar pushdowns.
