friend sent me a pic of him wearing the smart vest - he ordered recently with 20lbs, he says even 8lbs is a lot.
he said its a quality product very snug and tight. weights can be evenly put around the torso.

"I got my SmartVest today. It's a good product. The fit is nice and tight once you learn how to set it correctly and the weights hardly bounce when you run or jump. I tried it during a quick workout with just 8lbs today. The only negative I can think of is that you cannot "hide" it under a shirt. The padding on both sides of the neck are quite obvious... I took some pics, you'll be able to tell, looks like I got hyyyuge traps!! lol Anyways I must say it's very comfortable, no pain or strain at all during the workout. It's almost unoticeable under a sweatshirt though but that don't really help... "
