I started trying to get leaner, by lowering my calories, reducing 300 cals a week, gradually adding cardio(30-40mins) 2x and now 3x a week. It's been 4 weeks since I started(at 132, 24% BF) and now I weigh 127 @ 23% BF... ... I measured my waist and it's still the same as before... Do you guys think I'm losing more muscle than bodyfat here or is it just water that I am losing??
I feel like I am not losing muscle though because I can still lift heavy weights but the whole time I only dropped 1% bodyfat, but lost 5 pounds!
