yeah i've gotten a lot quicker and more explosive on the clean. the set up is also a lot better, but it still needs work in terms of static position and feel. i've also finally gotten rid of the arm bend now i think; those reps looked pretty good in terms of the pull.
however, my jerk has suffered from crappy training the last few months. it's not a very stable lockout and recovery, will need to work hard on this.
