1 body part a day?

Guys i heard if you wanna put on size to do one body part a day is this true and if i where to do 1 part a day what order should i do it in?
 
here's my split

Sunday: rest
Monday: Chest, shoulders
Tuesday: Tri's
Wednesday: rest
Thursday: Back
Friday: Bi's
Saturday: Legs

I like chest/shoulders cause shoulders are pre exhausted and my tri's grow well this way. If you can't have the midweek rest day then go Mon-Fri. I get good results from this with the exception of my bi's. They just don't wanna grow:( I also COMPLETELY rest on Sunday, no cardio, no weights.
 
Hey switched, try switching your tri day for bi day. Might help out if you don't work the same muscles twice in a row.

I've tried that but still no results:bawling: Also tried back/bi's but just don't have the energy to ever complete that workout and give 100% to bi's. I think I found the answer this past week though, check out my post- never hurt so bad in my f#$!in life!!!!!!! Thanks for the suggestion though :)
