I've been dreaming some really vivid, freaky stuff! I'm getting some great sleep though (I guess solid REM sleep would explain it?)!
I take Zinc, Magnesium and B-complex supplements individually before bed. I also take Melatonin and 5-HTP, too. Not to mention about 5 gs of Glutamine.
I truly believe this stack has cured my insomnia.
Magnesium is what helps you sleep, so it's probably the culprit for the dreams. Could add that in for a still really cheap ZMA clone...gsxr600 said:are you sure zinc glucanate is the same? does it give you the weird dreams, same as zma?
