It's exactly why they didn't send his case to the grand jury. They knew the grand jury would NOT have true billed him. They leave it to the "special prosecutor" to decide. This ensures he goes to trial, but a jury will never convict.

I can't wait for the day he walks as a free man and the idiots start rioting!
