Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh ...... Great question.

Obviously genetics come into play. However you can help fight the sags and wrinkles.

Here is what I do:

(1) I work the neck 3 x 12 in 4 directions off the end of a bench. This tugs at the facial muscles at the same time.

(2) Set 4 is done with a 50 lb plate on the forehead ... mouth opened and then closed.

(3) Then I let the head hang back and, using my fingertips, pull, hold and release at the jaw line, eyes, temples and forehead.

This really works the face and neck muscles.
