Your Top Five

What have been the Top Five most influential books in your Life?
I was responding to a cosmology thread and mentioned Sagan's "Cosmos" and wondered to myself what my top 5 would be and, additionally, what other's answers might be.
I'll break the seal:

The Naked Ape-Desmond Morris
My Organic Chemistry Text Book
The Giving Tree-Shel Silverstein
Cosmos-Sagan
Zen Guitar-(Can't recall the author's name b/c I've given away all three copies I've owned)

Hope this thread sparks some reflective thought amongst the braintrust of EF. :coffee:

art and fear
PIHKAL: A Chemical Love Story
Blackholes and baby universes
H.G. wells the time machine
Contemporary Rhetorical Theory

Alexander and Ann Shulgin... it's about the guy who invented most of the chemical hallucinogens we have today...it was a very very interesting read

Light - Ben Bova (why DO we kiss with our eyes closed?)
What Do YOU Care What Other People Think, Mr. Feynman? - Richard Feynman
Griffith's text on Electrodynamics
Schrodinger's Cat - (forget authors name; well-known book)
A Brief on Tensor Analysis - (again, forget author)

A sixth would be a book on set theory that I don't recall either the name nor the author of, but it was very well written, and introduced some interesting topological elements as well.

The Bible, of course. We don't need any other books. Burn them all!

Once again, we do not discuss religion in this forum. Metaphysics and god are for the Mind, Body and Spirit forum.
