Ok here's the deal. 5 months ago I hit a plateau, and decided to look into AS. I wanted to research first, so I started reading up on things. I found many different sources of credible information. I also found EF which offers 1st hand exp and real conversation and feedback. I have read just about every thread that has been posted over the last 5 months and quickly realized that I need to get my diet “in check” before turning to AS for the extra edge. Well now the diet has been in place for a solid 4 ½ months and I am starting to see some slight gains in both strength and size. I am planning on staying natural for another 6-8 months depending on how the gains continue. I basically want to get some feedback and info as to what the experienced persons would say about my proposed cycle.
Current Stats:
29 yrs old
5’9”
168 lbs
12% bf
Daily Meals:
7am- 2 egg whites 1 whole egg and ½ cup oatmeal and 40 gram whey protein. BCAA/Multivitamin/Vit C&D/Zinc/Flax Seed/Omega 3/Ginger root/and Coconut oil
10am- 10 pieces of beef jerky (homemade- low sodium made from 96 % lean ground
meat approx 60 + grams protein) and fruit
12:30- Tuna (2-3 cans) or Chicken (8oz breast); ½ cup rice; broccoli or another veggie
3pm- 10 pieces of beef jerky and fruit OR cottage cheese and fruit and BCAA
6pm- 8-16 oz fish, chicken, or lean beef. Veggies
8:30- Myoplex shake from the packet not RTD.
Workouts:
M- Shoulders/chest/back and abs
T- Cardio 30-45 minutes either bike or elliptical
W-Leg and abs
TH- Cardio 30-45 minutes either bike or elliptical
F-Bi’s Tri’s and abs
Sat-Normally swim 75 laps (25 freestyle, 25 breast stroke, and split the last 25 into side stroke R and L.
Sun-relax and eat/do whatever I want
I use almost all dumbbells in order to impact the stabilizer muscles, I hate flat bench. Will use solid bar for incline/decline but dumbbells for flat bench. (go ahead, poke fun if you feel necessary)
6 to 8 months from now I am planning on my 1st cycle, and I think it will look like this:
25 mg dbol-ED wk 1-4
200 mg test Enanthate, every week: wk 1-8
20mg Proviron ED to cut down on bloat or water retension
Nolva: 60-20mg tabs on hand incase the dreaded bitch tits decide to show up.
Milk Thistle
Flax Seed
Omega 3
Ginger Root
Post Cycle: Debating between Clomid and “the other way”
Clomid would be 200mg 1 day, then 100 mg ed for 10 days, then 50 mg ed for 10 days. Starting 2 weeks after last test shot.
Natural would be: Maca/ Avena Sativa /Zinc/ R-ALA not sure on doses yet, but….will look into things more before cycle time.
I may substitute Sust. for the enanthate at 250mg every week, not sure yet. Will have to do more research and see what the experts (you) suggest. Please, no BS with over 500 mg doses or 5-6 substances cycles for a beginner, you will be wasting your thoughts because I won’t listen to it.
Anyhow I think that about covers the info you need. Now what I need to do in order to do make this happen is wait a few more months (6-8):
1) get a source (no I am not asking, no offence but I don’t know that I would want to trust a source name from someone I never met and only chatted to on the internet)
2) Find out what it will cost and save the money expecting around 400.00 (am I close)
3) Order the gear and pinz
4) Hide it from my wife (she would blow a fuckin gasket)
5) ENJOY
Any suggestions you would be willing to provide would be greatly appreciated. I still have a lot of time to research, but that is why I am asking now, so I can take the responses into consideration.
