What's up with all the 6'-ers :D

I was going to launch into an explanation of my stats but realized that's gay. Not a flame on anyone who did, I dont want to explain.


5'-10"
weight- 182#- doctor weighed 2 weeks ago.
waist- 34"... 31" when I wake up:)
arms-16-1/8"
thighs-24
forearms-13-1/4"
Chest- 43"

These numbers are all cold. since I'm at the office and I just took them :D glad no one is here...

BODYFAT=? cant be to high, the only fat you can pinch is my belly. probably 15-20%

BF% =right now about 8-10%...my abs are always there..maybe 7%...don't know

I'll be posting pics of myself when my leaning out phaze is completed...about 6 more weeks :) I gain and lean out twice a year....better annual results in the past 2 years because of it.

I am starting cardio next week at 3 times a week for 45 min each session.should i bump my cardio to more sessions and i am on a low carb high protein diet.

Getting ready to start 2nd cycle, first one I gained nothing!! (Deca only). This cycle will be 500mg. sust/week & 400mg. EQ/week for 10 weeks. Adding Winny at 50mg. eod last 5 weeks. Looking to bulk up to 225-230 keep that weight for at least 3 months so my body gets used to it and then go on a quality cutting cycle!!! My goal is to be 215-220 with 8% fat by January 1, 2002. HOPE IT WORKS!!
