Started first cycle 2 weeks ago. 400mg week Deca / 50 mg Winny EOD. Xenadrine, high protein, etc

Dropped an inch off my waist, gained 5 lbs. Don't have measurements, but my chest is much bigger and so are my thighs.

My goal is to drop to about 12-13% BF, but keep my weight at 300-305. The way I am sweating and working out, shouldn't be a problem.

I can aswer that for them, some people simply NEVER feel like their arms are big enough or even proportionate to their body - they always think they're too small - perception of the self is often distorted - dont you ever see these guys at the gym, walking around with a chest that looks its gonna explode any minute now, yet their lgs are ridiculously small !!

I am sure some of us added a few lbs, and inches but you have to give them the benefit of the doubt - they might just be obsessed with working out 1 part of their body rather than others...

Arms: 20" (which sounds impressive but really isn't at my height, will be the focus of my next cycle)
Waist: 36" (I know 32-34" is ideal for my height, I'm working on it damn it!)
I've never measured my legs or calves since they're naturally pretty big, been concerned with bring my arms up to match.
Best bench: 515 with two second pause at the bottom.
About to start one more bulking cycle, looking for 300lb body weight and a 600lb bench. Then I'll do a major cutting cycle after I satisfy my mass craving.

Tore right bicep in March - I was at the end of a cycle then at 255 and solid (no more puffy cycles - I always use nolv now). So I dropped to 230 while by bicep repaired and am coming back now. My right bi is at 17 in and my left is at a little over 18.

I did my first cycle over 8 years ago. With me, I know my training/diet/cycles that are most effective for me - so I can get back to my old form fast. This time back I am going to take a couple pictures each week. My first cycle I will not start until my body is begging for it (in about 4-5 weeks). I am starting to go with the heavy weights finally now. I am going to do a 6 week cycle, then three to four weeks off, then a 5 week cycle, then three to four off, then a 10 week cycle. I should jump to over 250 after the first one and to about 270 after the third. I am really looking forward to these pictures - I should learn a lot more about cycles for me.

Totally recreational now and just having fun with it and staying happy and healthy. Haven't lifted consistently in the past 2 years so I'm trying to get myself back in shape and get my strength back up to reasonable levels.

I almost totally avoid machines and concentrate on the core BP, DL, and Squat. Some assistance work as well as olympic lifts on occasion.

No juice in past 5 years. Before that never went much over 500mg weekly with the average being closer to 250-300. Maybe 1-2 cycles per year no longer than 6 weeks each.

Last time was dbol over a 4 week period at 15mg daily got up to 242 with 12% but that's just too big for my liking.

Injuries in the past 2 years (back and knee) have side lined me along with hectic travel and study schedule.

Haven't trained arms in 7 years (made racking cleans less painful on wrists) but just started again 2 weeks ago.

My calfs need a lot of work
My upper legs are quite big, but my lower quads need some work. Bicep look good, but my triceps could use some size. You can see all my abs and I have very pronnounced obliques and serratus(sp?). I have good shoulders and very good traps. My back is fairly wide and my neck is prehaps getting too big.
Oh yeah. Natural. I did a cycle of Test enthanate with novaldex and hcg once. Gained a lot... but lost even more then I started with because of my girlfriend dumping me.

just finished my 1st cycle - i'm up 10 lbs solid from my lifelong wieght of 175. Cycle two will be 500mg/week sustanon-10 weeks, 30mg/day dbol 1 st 5 weeks switching to 75mg/day fina for last 5 weeks. 25mg proviron/day throughout and clomid/hcg at finish. Looking to add another solid 10 lbs as my goal is to be 200 lbs rock solid by next june.
