Since I have them in my new routine and havent done them before I was
wondering how you guys do them. I lower the db with my ellbows really close to
my body,as deep as possible, when the weights hit my body and I also rotate
my arms so the palms face each other (dbs are parallel to each other)...

I don't use DB's right now, but I did use them for a little over a year for my benching. I always kept my elbows out wide, away from my body, when I brought the weight down. I did used to rotate on the way up so that my palms were facing each other, too. I think I read somewhere that it would help give the muscle a little extra squeeze. Don't remember for sure, it was years ago.

palms facing, elbows tucked. db's don't make you immune from the elbows flaring disease...aka rotator cuff shit that people claim they can only get from straight bar.
