Your results for 5X5?

its good. Unfortunately I started off too light with it.

I also didn't do it long enough. Im gonna give it a go sometime in the future again.
 
the first time i used that program, it done wonders. seriously i was doing bench presses twice a weeks and in 1 week i had went up 15lbs on my bench, its great, would recommend it to anyone.
 
I only had positive results from it. I used a modified version to regain my strength after my shoulder surgery and it work wonders.
 
I've had great progress with it as well....

only problem I've had is hurting my left shoulder a bit from going heavy on over head presses week after week. I don't think my shoulders can handle it because of bench day, etc.

So basically what I've done is just up reps from 5x5 to 5x7 so i can use lighter weight.....not sure if it's going to help, I may end up just lowering sets and upping reps to 8-10x3 or something on shoulder day only.

Anyone else have a prob like this?
