It's so hard to pick because I love the act of training itself. Each set is satisfying regardless of bodypart.

But... I guess my favorites would be quads because they respond so well, and back, just cause I really love barbell rows.

"To be a champion, your favorite should always be your worst bodypart"

JK, it sounded good, so I said it. lol

Quads are my favorite...
How can so many of you like lats? They are the least favorite of mine to train. It seems like I exert way too much energy on pullups. Im dead after them.

My first favorite are my calves
Second would be pecs
Third would be quads

For some reason, my calves seem blessed. I'm not exactly sure, maybe I need to be humbled, but doing DC training for 12 reps, explosive positive, 5 sec negative, and 8 second holds at the bottom... I was able to do this with 130 lbs. like it was nothing, before I decided to switch over to HST.

How much do you guys typically do with standing heel raises? I'm curious...

hmm difficult. i would say;
1. chest, not the training itself but because of the results i see in my pecs
2. bi's, because they're disproportionally strong compared to the rest of my body
3. back, also because of the results, i can just see my upper back and erectors growing FAST, good feeling

well that's pretty much it for me.

as for your question legion; in a typical calf workout i would use 440 pounds for 8-10 reps on calf raises (not sure if heel raises are different or if you mean the same by them)

whatever is getting the strongest at any given point becomes my favorite. So in the 5 + years ive been training, all bodyparts at some point have been my favorite.

Hips and glutes. More specifically, anything that involves hip thrusts.....squats, deads, sex...

Well developed erectors and hamstrings rule in my book. I want erectors like the guy on the ironmind T-shirt where he looks like he's is finishing the jerk (overhead pressing not benches, back not bicep)That's just freaky looking. Awesome
