So this last weekend Comic Con was in town. I believe it is the worlds largest comic book convention. Its not just about comics books now, its about sci fi, anime, comics, and more. All kinda of B list celeb show up, some A listers too if they have something current to promote, and you get about 100,000 out of town geeks swooping down on the city wandering around in costumes.

I usually scoff at it, until I run into someone dressed up like this. This makes it all worth it.

Actually based on the lack of muscle and the fact that bodyfat is a ratio of lean muscle mass to bodyfat, I'd guess she's probably 15-16%.
