Ok my post workout meal is:

2 scope optimimum vanilla protien
1/4 cup oats
dash or two of cinnamon
blended all together with water

1/2 a granny smith apple

It reminds me of one of my favorite cheat foods apple crisp so good :p
 
YOu twisted my arm! I tried ot for my post workout and it was so yummy. But I didnt have a Grannysmith so I used a regular red apple. Still, it was great. Thanks!

Granny smith is better less sugar in them.
