Read some of the replies to posts over in the main forums and then think to yourself.. God, I'm fucking dumber for reading that shit. Some new shit stain comes on here and unloads his professional opinion, leaving me like WTF.

Probably the same dudes I saw at the gym the other day.. Tee shirts = bb.com, wrist wraps used on every fucking exercise = bb.com, shaker cup = bb.com, notebook with routines = bb.com, sweat towels = bb.com. They saw these fucks coming a mile away.

I'll leave now. I'm buzzed as hell. Vodka/Soda = out.
 
Yup, I always question who's dishing out the advice. There have been a few times where a couple very regular posters put up pics of themselves and they looked like complete shit. I couldn't believe they were handing out cycling and training advice. It goes to show that the best way to learn is to get as many legitimate sources as possible to your question and weed out what's intelligent info and what's garbage.

I drink soda water.. No cals, no sugar, no notta. Vodka, soda water, two limes, and Stevia is my drink of choice. Cleanest drink you can pick IMO. Add a high quality Vodka, and no hangover or headaches.

Ad the weed part is a no go.. Hear that shit makes you hungry all the time.

and gives you bitch tits...same with alcohol thought thats why I don't really drink much anymore either. Seems like people are unaware as to how much alcohol fucks with hormone lvls.
