Where are you seeing any statistics in this "You ever walked into a gay club" thread that he posted?

And regarding refuting any statistics, it's the way that he worded his statement and not about statistics. You can state statistics and also have some level of humanity to the way you say things.

In addition, however, if you're referring to his statement, "a cool thing that alot of gay people have is aids.." and my desire to refute it - what is there really for me to refute about some stupid-ass statement like that? The same could be said about many groups of people, only I'd leave off the "cool" part.

okay, we agree you can state statistics and be tactful about it. I believe he was just referring to the US, but we are both left to interpret his post, as he has not said anything else about it.

ive been in gay clubs accidentally and on purpose. one of the gay bars in N.O. sold this stuff called brain cleaner that me and my friends used to like to inhale whilst we were tripping so i was going in there a few times a year. good music ,sharp dressers, and everyone seemed really nice.

WOW...I think no one should ever use any kind of illness in such a way. It's in extremely poor taste. I refuse to debate this subject with people who have no intelegence, especially on a thread that has nothing to do with this subject! ....seems like to me those that make statements like this have no life, so they must start up crap in order to make themselve's feel important. By" important "....they like the attention they get because of their actions.

Remember being in Sydney Australia a few years ago. Myself and a friend from London went out on the town the first night. Went on a right Pub-Crawl. Anyhow, one place looked like it was really happening, so we went in. After about 20 minutes I turned around to my friend and said "Tim, where's all The Girls". Then we realised where we were!!! A hasty exit later we were back in the city centre again where the girls hung out
