You really need to load it first so you can build up the levels before exposure and releasing.

never really noticed a difference

i generally run 1 mg a day for 10 days, then go to 10 mg that lasts me two weeks
i guess thats somewhat of a loading phase i

I know..it's soooo metro

But I really am too pale most of the time; I tan minimally because I am scared of skin cancer. So if there's something out there that would let me have a healthy tan (not super-dark or anything) with minimal tanning, I have to admit...I'm curious.

Don't worry alcatraz...I PROMISE I won't go putting highlights in my hair or any other stuff.

and 60 mg got me dark enuff to go to the equator in middle of summer, in the middle of the ocean.
